Our very own VP, Lori Eshleman, spent countless hours this holiday season to make sure that others would enjoy a Merry Christmas. Through the organization Holiday Hope, which she started seven years ago, Lori and her team of “elves” were able to ensure that 155 local families had gifts and food for their Christmas celebrations.

Cathy Kohler, Manor Group’s VP of Operations, recently gave her time to participate with Pinups for Patriots, a group that helps veterans with various outings and programs. Cathy helped to serve 75 appreciative seniors a mid-afternoon meal at a local assisted living community on Veterans Day.
Grampian Hills Apartments is pleased to introduce Kelly Fisher, our new Manager, the first such change in over a decade.
Kelly is excited with her new position. To date, she has received a warm welcome from the staff and members of the Grampian Hills community.
Kelly comes to us as with 20 years experience in managing Hilton brand hotels, during which she received many prestigious awards. Thus she is no stranger to great service and teamwork.
While she enjoyed her time in the hotel industry, she made the decision to transition to a career that allows her to spend more time with her husband, three children and new granddaughter.
Kelly looks forward to meeting each resident and being of future service.
Summer Bailey (third from the left), our manager at Roxalana Hills Apartments, has been with The Manor Group since 2002. She first started as a rental consultant at Country Club Apartments and was later promoted to Assistant Manager. She came to Roxalana Hills as a Resident Manager in 2009.
Outside of work, she enjoys doing anything outdoors. Living in West Virginia, she likes to take advantage of her beautiful state. As for her personal life, she has been married to her husband for 8 years. They have one amazing daughter who keeps them busy with all of her sports.
Kelly Diltz (center), our manager at Gateway Apartments in Edwardsville, PA, has worked for the Manor Group since March of 1990. She began working in the sales office at our company’s hotel, the East Mountain Inn, as the banquet coordinator where she worked until March of 1999 when she became Resident Manager of Gateway.
She remembers being asked at that time, “How would you like to be the mayor of your own little town?”
Little did she know at that time how the “little town” of Gateway Apartments would become less like a town and more like a family. She enjoys the daily interaction with the residents who are proud to call Gateway home and these interactions make her even more proud that she and her staff play a major part in keeping them long term, happy residents.
