Summer Bailey (third from the left), our manager at Roxalana Hills Apartments, has been with The Manor Group since 2002. She first started as a rental consultant at Country Club Apartments and was later promoted to Assistant Manager. She came to Roxalana Hills as a Resident Manager in 2009.
Outside of work, she enjoys doing anything outdoors. Living in West Virginia, she likes to take advantage of her beautiful state. As for her personal life, she has been married to her husband for 8 years. They have one amazing daughter who keeps them busy with all of her sports.
Kelly Diltz (center), our manager at Gateway Apartments in Edwardsville, PA, has worked for the Manor Group since March of 1990. She began working in the sales office at our company’s hotel, the East Mountain Inn, as the banquet coordinator where she worked until March of 1999 when she became Resident Manager of Gateway.
She remembers being asked at that time, “How would you like to be the mayor of your own little town?”
Little did she know at that time how the “little town” of Gateway Apartments would become less like a town and more like a family. She enjoys the daily interaction with the residents who are proud to call Gateway home and these interactions make her even more proud that she and her staff play a major part in keeping them long term, happy residents.
While there might not be an app for shoveling snow—our apartment communities have a dedicated maintenance team that shovels your sidewalks and parking areas. The township is responsible for dedicated roads and we contract with snow removal companies to clear our private roads.
Inclement weather heightens safety concerns. When it snows, it’s best to stay inside and wait for the weather to clear. Here are some driving safety tips:

The American House Foundation is a 501(C)(3) non-profit corporation established in the United States of America for the purpose of (1) providing financial assistance to charitable organizations engaged in humanitarian relief efforts in central, eastern, and southern Europe, and (2) organizing and financing joint NGO-private sector programs addressing growing problems of poverty, homelessness, and social exclusion in the region.
Working with the Hungarian Red Cross we have set up a series of NGO-private sector prototype programs in Hungary that are easily expanded with the involvement of third party donors and/or replicated by other NGOs and companies eager to combat growing problems of poverty, homelessness, and social exclusion.
The Manor Group is a proud supporter of the American House Foundation. Our residents contribute to this worthy organization just by choosing to make their home at one of our beautiful apartment communities!
The founder and owner of our company enthusiastically proclaimed that his proudest business accomplishment is the unblemished safety record of about 400 swimming pool seasons among our hotels and apartment complexes! If our pools are open, we have lifeguards on duty!
The 2013 pool season has officially started at the Manor Group properties. With that, it’s important to remember some very basic safety rules.
- Never swim or sunbathe without a lifeguard present
- Keep a close eye on children
- Have a phone close by at all times when visiting the pool
- Avoid entrapment by keeping children and yourself away from pool drains, pipes, and other openings.
- Share safety instructions with family, friends, babysitters, and neighbors.
- Listen to the lifeguard
- Adhere to no diving & no swimming signs when up
The Manor Group prides itself on the safety of our residents and their guests, which is why we have lifeguards on duty whenever pool hours are open. They are there for your safety, but the first step to safety is yourself.
